Directions for use

For this herbal tea we recommend an infusion time of 3 to 5 minutes depending on your taste.
Infuse between 2 and 4 g of the mixture for 25 cl of boiling water (recommended temperature: 90°C). You can consume up to 3 – 4 herbal teas per day.
