Directions for use For this herbal tea we recommend an infusion time of 3 to 5 minutes according to your tastes. Infuse between 2 and 4 gr of the mixture for 25 cl of boiling water (recommended temperature: 90 ° C). You can consume up to 3 - 4 herbal teas per day.
