Instructions for use:

1. Preparation: Clean and dry the neck area. Connect the main unit to the controller and adjust the straps.

2. Powering on and selecting the mode: Press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn on (the default mode is Mode 1). Use the mode selection button to quickly adjust the levels.

3. Adjusting treatment time: Briefly press the time button to change the treatment duration. The default setting is 10 minutes.

4. Usage recommendations: The device switches off automatically after the light treatment is complete. For optimal results, it is recommended to use the device 3 to 5 times per week.
